I am writing to you about Auto Image of Littleton, Colorado who does collision work for you. A couple of years ago they repaired collision damage to my camry which you insure.

Monday (June 8), I stopped by their place of business to see how much it would cost to secure an underside panel that protects the engine from dirt and road objects. It had been damaged by curbs or whatever, and was hanging almost to the ground. Joe Carrigan of Auto Image said sure, he would come and look at it. He came out, got under the car, assessed the problem and fixed it. It took about twenty minutes. When I wanted to pay for his work, he refused by saying he was pleased to do it and just wanted a happy Liberty Mutual customer.

Matilda, you should be glad to have Auto Image working for you. To me they exemplify what is desired in customer service.

A State Farm insured car backed into my car causing minor damage. A report was made to the State Farm Agency-Steve Hall Insurance of Parker, CO. Amy Wells, Office representative, very nice, knowledgeable and professional. She told me I could have my car repaired back home in Wichita, KS or in Parker, CO. She also informed me State Farm would provide me with a rental car.

After a few days of driving my car and not being able to open the passenger front door, I decided to have the repair work done in Parker, CO. I delivered my car to Auto Image, 10322 Dransfeldt Road, Parker CO which was the approved State Car repair business that was referred to me by Amy Wells. I received immediate attention and the people and staff were unbelievable. Everyone was professional, friendly and my car was repaired on the exact day I was told it would be repaired.
